Cream corn custard type dish. Melts in your mouth & brings back childhood memories.

Submitted by her daughter Lynn Davis Browne.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Corn Starch.
2 large or 3 small eggs.
1 Cup Sugar or 1/2 cup of Splenda for sugar substitute.
2 Tablespoons of melted Butter.
1 Large can of Carnation Milk.
1 Can of Cream style Corn

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly. Add milk & Corn. Mix again. Pour in a casserole baking dish. Pour melted butter on top and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Nutritional info

No clue but it's worth every bite! Splenda substitute for sugar will cut it down a bit.
