Rating

A Cobbler recipe that is simple and delicious. Prepare fo a sugar high.

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick melted butter
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Melt one stick butter in a sauce pan and add it and one cup of milk to dry ingredients and stir till ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Gently stir in 1 cup blueberries.
Pour into glass baking dish that has been greased with butter.
Bake for one hour (or until center is set).
Serve with a scoop of Ritchey's vanilla ice cream or a glass of Ritchey's milk.
